TAXES AND DUTY

If you live in a country where your government require additional taxes or duty to be paid for receiving alcohol that is not explicitly paid by Djuce, you (the customer) are responsible for declaring and paying the applicable fees. By purchasing wines from Djuce, you accept full responsibility to declare & pay additional fees for your wine and accept that Djuce will not incur any such charges, should they arise.

For Germany, Sweden and Denmark, orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.

When ordering in all other EU countries (except Germany, Sweden and Denmark) VAT is paid but any potential excise duties are to be paid by you as a customer depending on your county’s tax regulations.

For orders outside the EU any potential import taxes and duties are not included, meaning you may be liable to pay duties and taxes upon receiving your package. You will be responsible for the payment of such import duties and taxes.

Please note that Djuce has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different for different countries, Djuce cannot predict their amount. We therefore advise you to contact your local customs office for further information.

RETURNS

We offer returns on all orders from 30 days of the shipment’s arrival. This right applies only when the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as they were received. Please note that you as the customer will need to pay the shipping cost as well as any return fees. Please contact hello@djuce.com to initiate a return. We recommend you keep your shipping receipt until you have received your refund. The refunded amount will be paid out from us directly when we have received the product.
